I originally made this little Eeyore as a gift for my sister, and I've finally turned it into a DIY downloadable pattern for anyone to replicate.
The pattern is available as a downloadable tutorial at my Etsy: "Chonkey Donkey Amigurumi Crochet Pattern"
Materials you'll need:
Blue acrylic yarn, 4 ply
Pink acrylic yarn, 4 ply
Cream acrylic yarn, 4 ply
Black acrylic yarn, 4 ply
White yarn (for embroidering the eyes)
"G" 4mm hook
2 6mm safety eyes
Tapestry needle
Scissors
Polyester fill stuffing

My sister and I grew up with a love for Eeyore, and collected any stuffed animal, book, or figurine we came across. With my newfound hobby of crochet, I wanted to try making my own Eeyore next. It took a lot of trial and error, but I'm pleased with the little guy and how small he is - he fits perfectly on the collection shelf haha.
Here's a closeup of his head, with all the embroidery completed:

And his little tail, complete with a bow:
